Ben Nelson has one message for the Sherando Varsity Football team: have fun and live in the moment. Ben was born with Fragile X Syndrome, but that has never kept him from being an assistant coach to the football team. Alongside head coach Bill Hall and staff, Ben helps teach the players about acceptance on and off the field.
